Food Vendor Information

Our Food Vendors will be located throughout Grand Haven Waterfront Stadium during the Fiesta. 

Please complete the application form below. If your application is accepted, you will be notified and will receive an invoice for payment. The deadline to submit the Food Vendor payment is Friday, August 16, 2024.

Food Vendors ~ 1 N. Harbor Drive, Grand Haven

Food vendors are open to the public 11:30am-9pm

Some food vendors will be open to only concert attendees 6pm-10:30pm 


MOBILE FOOD SERVICE UNIT INSPECTION CONSORTIUM

Fire Marshal inspections can be completed prior to the event and are recommended so that no challenges come about on the day of the event. This form provides information on what the Fire Marshal will check. If you have specific questions, they should be referred to Public Safety, 616-842-3460, ext. 1161.
