Food Vendor Information

Our Food Vendors will be located throughout Central Park during the Fiesta. We will also have 3 food trucks at the concert Friday night.

The deadline to submit a Food Vendor Form and payment is July 30, 2022.

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 16
Food Vendors and Food Trucks ~ 1 Harbor Drive, Grand Haven

Food trucks open to the public 2 pm

Food trucks inside the stadium open to concert attendees 5-10 pm

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 24

MOBILE FOOD SERVICE UNIT INSPECTION CONSORTIUM

Fire Marshal inspections can be completed prior to the event and are recommended so that no challenges come about on the day of the event. This form provides information on what the Fire Marshal will check. If you have specific questions, they should be referred to Public Safety, 616.842-3460, ext. 1161.
